英語は暗記科目
アメリカでは赤ん坊でも犬でも、ホームレスの方でも英語を喋ります。中にはスペイン語を喋るホームレスの方もいます。
語学の基本は暗記なのです。妙な理屈を捏ね回すのはやめましょう。

English is a memorization-oriented subject.
In the United Sates, even babies, dogs, and homeless people speak English, some of the street dwellers speak Spanish, though.
The very basis of language learning is memorization. Let's not fool around with meaningless grammar terms.

アメリカ国内で、英語を話せない人が少なからず存在します。

不法移民（illegal immigrants）の問題は今に始まった事ではありません。しかし、今年になって新型コロナウイルスによる感染・死亡者がヒスパニック系アメリカ人に多いことも無視できない事実です。それが言語の壁、経済格差、医療アクセス、遺伝的感受性によるものなのか、分かりません。

私のような「面倒な方」をブロックしても、いっこうに構いませんよ（笑）。

犬でも英語を喋りますか？

「捏ね回す」がしっくりこないけど、

スラング系の皆さん余りお気に召さないのしか思いつかないので調べていたら、google先生ったら、
let's not fool around with... を「...で騙されないようにしましょう」だって
Let's not fool around with google translation.
ですなwww

いろいろ考えたけど、
fiddle around with the grammar to death.
とかどうだろう
