正しくは、interestingです。

何が違うのかと言うと、
interestedは「(人が)(物に)興味がある、関心を持つ」
と言う意味で使われる形容詞です。反対に、
interestingは「(物が)(人にとって)興味深い、おもしろい」
と言うことです。

そこを踏まえた上で質問文を見ると、
ケイコはその講義から多くを学んだ、しかしながら、それ(=講義)は思ったほど面白くなかった。
つまり「講義(=物)がおもしろい」のであれば、interestedではなく、interestingでないとおかしいことになるのです。
