この英訳を、直していただけないでしょうか？（至急）

以下の日本語を英文に直してみましたがどうも変な気がします。
ネイティブに送ろうと思っていますのでどうか直していただけないで

○月○日（月）　１３時より開催予定のスタッフ研修の時間変更について
お知らせ致します。

通常は○○会議室を１２時３０分から開放しておりますが、○日は、直前まで同会議室を他のミーテングに使用していますので、１２時４５分までは中へ入らないようお願い致します。

ご理解とご協力を宜しくお願い致します。

・まず日本語原文ですが、そもそも13時開催は変更されないのですね。

単に会議開催場所には15分前にしか入れない。そこで、その趣旨で書きます。文書には標題を入れます。

　On the opening of the Conference Room XX

Staff members,
In the xx-th of (month), the Conference Room XX is available only from 12:45, due to another meeting. Our meeting will be
from 13:00 as usual.
