もう少し文章を加えてよりフォーマルな形にしたいのですが、
ご協力お願いいたします。

-----------(以下の文章を加えます)-------------------------------------------

支払いはebayからインボイスを送付してから1週間以内にお願いいたします。
それ以降はキャンセル扱いになりますのでご注意ください。
オプションサービスを追加した場合は、paypalからインボイスを送付いたします。

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
関税は各国によって異なりますので、お手続きは落札者様のほうでお願いいたします。

こんな具合でよろしいでしょうか?

Your payment is accepted within seven (7) days after sending our invoice via eBay. Failing this will automatically lead to cancellation of the (or, your) order. You will be invoiced sparately by Paypal for your optional order or service if any.

Contracted price does not include any import duties and handling charges or whatsoever required at the destination (or, at your end). The customs clearance and procedures are purely (or, entirely) on your account and risk.

備考、、、、「関税は各国によって異なりますので」は、、、言わずもがなですので、あえて訳出しておりません。
