DDUとCPTの違い

輸出用語でDDU(Delivered Duty Unpaid)とCPT(Carriage Paid To)がありますが、具体的にはこの二つの違いはなんなんでしょうか？
DDUとCPTで仕向地が同じ場合はまったく同じ条件ですか？私の理解では二つとも関税は買主が支払うはずなので、同じになると思うのですが。。。
どなたかご教授いただけませんでしょうか。

海上リスクをどちらが負担するかの違いがあるようです。

　DDU→海上リスクを売主が負担
　CPT→海上リスクを買主が負担

費用についてもも微妙に違うようですが、資料が英語で表記されているので私には理解できません。
下記に記載しますので、訳してみてください。
　DDU：Carriage to arranged by the seller
　　　　Risk transfer from the seller to the buyer when the
　　　　　　goods are placed at the disposal of the buyer
　　　　Cost transfer from the seller to the buyer when the
　　　　　　goods are placed at the disposal of the buyer

　CTP：Carriage to arranged by the seller
　　　　Risk transfer from the seller to the buyer when the
　　　　　　goods have been delivered to the carrier
　　　　Cost transfer at place of destination, buyer paying
　　　　　　such cost as are not for the seller's acount
　　　　　　under the contract of carriage

DDU:
・リスクは売主の手に渡った時点で売主から買主に移行。
・コストは売主の手に渡った時点で売主から買主に移行。

CPT：
・リスクは船主に渡った時点で売主から買主に移行。
・コストは目的地で移行。契約により買主が負うこともある。

という感じでしょうか。
