医薬英語の疑問（冠詞）

下記は、ICHのGuideline for Good Clinical Practiceの一部です。4.9.3でAny change or correction to a CRFのCRF（Case Report Form:症例報告書）の冠詞が不定冠詞です。特に限定されていないからということで不定冠詞になっているのでしょうか。
辞書の例文は、corrections to the textなどと定冠詞になっていて気になりました。

4.9.2 Data reported on the CRF, that are derived from source documents, should be consistent with the source documents or the discrepancies should be explained.
4.9.3 Any change or correction to a CRF should be dated, initialed, and explained (if necessary) and should not obscure the original entry (i.e. an audit trail should be maintained); this applies to both written and electronic changes or corrections (see 5.18.4 (n)).

おっしゃる通り特に限定されていないわけで、意味的には「すべての」という感じです。

anyでも良いところですが、既に使われているので重複を避けたのでしょう。
