Rental Agreement

I hereby attest to an agreement between ( ) and UCA Realty.The lessee agrees to a one year lease for the property at ( ).

The lessee agrees to pay for all utilities and telephone charges.The lessee will,upon singing,pay the first and last month's rent,as well as a one month security deposit which will be held in a 5% annual interest-bearing account,the deposit will be returned in full,minus any damage charges incurred by the lessee.

賃借人は（場所）における資産の一年の賃借に同意します。

賃借人は全ての公共料金と電話料金を払うことに同意します。
賃借人は（礼金として？？）初月分と末月分の家賃を払い、一ヶ月分の家賃を保証金として払う。
保証金は５％の金利がつく口座に保管され、貸借によってダメージが生じた時を除いて全額返還される。

以上です。
