アレルギーを英語でなんと言いますか？

自分は花粉・スギ・ダニ・ハウスダスト、アレルギーなんですが、それを英語でどう表現すればよろしいでしょうか？

私は花粉症です。

I have hay fever.

I have an allergy to pollen(s).

「～に（対して）アレルギーである」：be alergic to ～

アレルギーを表す英語の名詞は allergy ですが、「何々に対してアレルギーがある」といいたい場合は、

I'm allergic to...

のように形容詞の allergic を使います。

スギ花粉も花粉の一種なので、一まとめにして、「私は、花粉、ハウスダスト、ダニにアレルギーがあります」とする場合は、
I'm allergic to pollen, house dust, and dust mites.

あるいは、「私は、花粉（特にスギ花粉）、ハウスダスト、ダニにアレルギーがあります」とする場合は、
I'm allergic to pollen (especially cedar pollen), house dust, and dust mites.

dust mites は house dust の中にまぎれているものでしょうから、流れとして house dust and dust mites と入れ替えた方が自然に聞こえます。

ダニを単に mites とせずに dust mites としたのは、英語で "I'm allergic to..." という場合、"I'm allergic to dust mites." の方が "I'm allergic to mites." より圧倒的に一般的だからです。
