英訳お願いします。

私は洋菓子店で働いています。
外国人のお客様にどうしても伝わらないことがあります。

「ケーキのお持ち歩きのお時間はどれぐらいおかかりでしょうか？」

「冷蔵庫までのお時間はどれぐらいおかかりでしょうか？」

英訳をお願い致します。

質問をするより事情を説明した方が手っ取り早いかと思います。

例：
This cake is perishable. You'll have to put it in the refrigerator within a few hours.
「このケーキは傷みやすいです。　2、3時間以内に冷蔵庫に入れていただく必要があります。」


一応、次の質問も英語で書いておきます。
How long will it take for you to put this cake in the refrigerator?
「冷蔵庫にこのケーキを入れるまでにどれだけの時間がかかりますか？」

I think those people (foreigners) have no idea why you ask such questions since it might not be common to have cakes with ice packs in cake boxes/bags.

So, my idea is, you explain them what those questions actually mean.

(examples)
'Would you like ice packs in the box/bag to keep your cakes cold/refrigerated?'

if the customers do not get what you mean, you explain them like;

'If you will take time to eat your cakes / refrigerate your cakes, ice packs are needed with them so they won't go bad'
