In China's case, they are doing deliberately to stop a bubble. And so, I think, a fundamental point, people can not have got..got an approch wrong about something, ｛but the core price has started to switch off.｝ That's because Chinese policymakers are tying to do it.

中国の場合は意図的にバブルを阻止しようとしている。　基本的には、何事に置いても間違ったアプローチはすべきではないと思うが、（需要と供給を反映する正常な）物価は機能しなくなった。それは、中国の政策立案者がそうしようとしているからだ・・・・

People kind of got the approach wrong about that sort of thing....だと思いますが、

最後の方はほぼmumbleに近いので、100％とは言えません。
