ダウンジャケットのてかりを消したい！！

黒のダウンジャケットを持っているのですが、
何年も使っていまして、表面にテカリが目立ってきました。
こういったてかりを消すことは出来るのでしょうか？

因みにタグの部分には、

body polyester 100%
lining polyester 100%
do not wash
do not bleach
use cool iron
dry clean only

と書かれています。

読んでごとく

body polyester 100% 　ボディ　ポリエステル100％
lining polyester 100% 　ライニング　ポリエステル100％
do not wash 　洗うな
do not bleach 　ブリーチをかけるな。
use cool iron 　低温アイロン
dry clean only 　ドライクリーニングオンリー
