という上記の英文を下記の通りに和訳してみましたが、法律の専門家ではないため、今一つ自信がありません。

参加者が　TWG内もしくはTWGのプロジェクトにおいて制作・開発されたものでない文書や仕様書の形のすべての知的財産をOSDLに寄贈する。

主語が落ちてます。

TWGによってもしくはTWG内で、またはTWGのプロジェクトにおいて創作または開発されたのではない、参加者が寄与した文書または仕様書の形の知的財産に関して、参加者はそれについてのTWGへの寄与の範囲内で、その知的財産についてのすべての権利、権原および利益をOSDLに譲渡する（ことに同意する）。

並列が多くてわかりにくい文章だとは思いますが、「誰が」「何を」譲渡するのかがわかるように訳すのが大切です。質問者さんの訳文ですと「ソースコードを譲渡する」と読めてしまうようなところがありますし、contributeに関しては完全に解釈を間違えています。
