挿入句の入った疑問文を作るコツ

複雑な疑問文を作ることが非常に苦手です。

たとえば、

what do you think is difference between A and B？

のようにdo you thinkが間に入ったものを見たことがありますが、
ほかにもっと複雑な挿入句の混じった疑問文があるとすれば、どのようなものがあるのでしょうか。
例文で複雑な疑問文を挙げてもらえると助かります。

また、挿入句の入れた文章というのは、口語英語なのでしょうか。
さらっと複雑な疑問文を表現できるようになる勉強法があれば教えてください。

補足読みました。

まず最初に特にこの文章ですが、「何故空は青い」という質問だったら、"do you think"の前後にコンマがあった方がより明確な質問となると思います。このままでは「何故空が青いと思ったの（灰色じゃなくて？今日空見てないの？）？」というような意味とも取れてしまうので。あまり深く考えずに＃1を投稿しちゃってごめんなさい。ここでは便宜上なしで書きますね。

これが口語だとしたら、
(1)Why do you think the sky is blue?
I don't know.
Because the atomosphere affects the colour of the sky (, I think).
と簡潔な答えになると思います。これを全文言うとしたら、
I don't know why the sky is blue.
I think the sky is blue because the atomosphere affects the clour of the sky.
質問文をもう１度見てください。"why"以下の"do you think the sky is blue"をまず肯定文にすると、"I think the sky is blue"、この後に「何故」の答えを書くと、"because the atomosphere...."になります。それを繋げれば答えは完成です。tommy_bsさんの答えも",I think"が最後につけば会話として正しいのですが。

(2)When do you think you are coming home?
I think I'll come home around 6 o'clock.
I don't know if I can come home today.
これも口語にすると、
Around 6 (o'clock) (, I think).
I don't know.
帰れないかもしれない、の文章はそのままで。
こちらの方は正しい答えになっています。"when"以下を肯定文(I think I'm coming home)、"when"に対する答え（around 6 o'clock)が出ています。

これが会話だとしたらわざわざ全文言う事はないのですが、練習の為に＃１の"cost"の例でも同じ方法でやってみます。（括弧内が会話の場合）

It costs xx yen. (xx yen.)
I don't know how much it costs. (No, I don't/I don't know.)
I think it costs xxx yen. (xxx yen?/(About) xxx yen, I think.)

do you thinkを挿入して、そのあとに肯定文、イメージとしてはつかめた気がするので、
この調子でどんどん作文、そして会話に使っていこうとおもいます。

これは間違いで、
What do you think the difference between A and B is ?
となります。これに対する答えは、
I think the difference between A and B is xxx.
となりますね。つまり"difference between A and B is"の部分は肯定文のままになります。だから質問をする時には"I (you) think"の部分を疑問にするだけでいいのです。

勿論口語でも頻繁に使われています。複雑でも何でもないですがいくつか例文を挙げてみます。

I'm coming home at five.
When are you coming home?
Do you know when you are coming home?
When do you think you are coming home?

It costs xx yen.
How much does it cost?
Do you know how much it costs?
How much do you think it costs?

Sky is blue because the blue light from the sun get spreads much more than other colours.
Why is the sky blue?
Do you know why the sky is blue?
Why do you think the sky is blue?

She was wearing a red dress.
What was she wearing?
Was she wearing a red dress?
Did you know she was wearing a red dress?
Do you know if she was wearing a red dress?
Do you know the colour of the dress she was wearing?
What colour was her dress?
What do you think of the colour of the dress she was wearing?
What do you think the colour of the dress she was wearing was?

元の文章に戻って、
Do you think xxx is the difference between A and B?
Do you know the difference between A and B?
Do you know the difference between A and B is xxx?
Why do you think xxx is the difference between A and B?

見てわかると思いますが、疑問形になるのは文章の最初の部分だけ（訊きたい事、「xxxだと思う？」「xxxだと知っている？」「～を知ってる？」「何故xxxだと思う？」）です。上の例文のように簡単な文章を疑問文にしてみる、そこから違う角度から（いつ・何・何故など）疑問文を考えるという練習をしてみてはいかがでしょうか？

疑問文の順番にするのは、最初のdo you thinkの順番の箇所だけで、あとは、肯定文の語順でよかったのですね。
頭の中がすっきりしました。

そこで補足質問をさせていただきたのですが、
それは疑問文に対する応え方になります。
以下自分なりの応えを書いてみましたが、やはり、do you thinkで聞かれる以上、I thinkを先頭に出したほうがいいでしょうか。

(1)Why do you think the sky is blue?
→I don't know why.
→I think because atomosphere affects the color of sky.


(2)When do you think you are coming home?
→I think I'll come home around 6o'clock.
→I don't know if I can come home today.


上記のような応え方しか思いつかなかったのですが、
do you thinkを挿入する場合としなかった場合の疑問文の応え方に変化が生じるのか、気になります。
