There is, are 構文の否定文、疑問文について。

次の文を否定文、疑問文にしなさい。という問題です。
a few, a little, much、many がそのまま機械的に否定文疑問文につかってもいいかどうかです。many、muchは否定文で平気で出てきていた気がしています。　しかしThere is 構文になったらかわってしまうことないのかな～？と思い始めたので迷っています。→後は自分で考えてみました。
教えてください。

①There is a little rice. →There isn't any rice. Is there any rice? Yes, there is.　No, there isn't.
もしくはThere isn't a little rice. Is there a little rice? どちらですか？googleでは、一応それっぽい文は見られるのですが・・・。
②There are a few books on my desk. →There aren't any books on my desk. もしくはThere aren't a few book on the desk. Are there a few book on my desk? Yes, there are. No, there aren't.
③There are many books in my room. →There aren't many books in my room. Are there many books in my room? Yes, there are. No, there aren't.
④There is much milk in this bottle.→There isn't much milk in this bottle. Is there much milk in this bottle? Yes, there is. No, there isn't.
ほかの参考書などを読むと「複数名詞についてのthere is, areを否定文や疑問文にすると気にはany＋名詞にする」とありました。ここの意味がいまいちわかりません。複数形の名詞だと全部any+複数名詞なの？ともとれます。すみません。よろしくお願いします。

肯定文中の「some」は「any」にかえなさいってのがあるので迷いますよね。

ただ注意して欲しいのは、
not a few /not a little 「少ない」が「ない」 → 「少なからず、かなりの」
not many /not much 「多い」が「ない」　→　「少しはある」
で、「any」とはちょっと違うでしょ。
だから、問題として出題された場合は、付帯状況がわからないので、
単純に機械的に変更した方が良いのではと思います。
