1the avarage reader's idea of an acceaaible,or even interesting ,topic.の部分ですが少し訳文「一般の読者の考えでは、理解しやすい話題でも、興味を引くような話題でさえもないかもしれない」との英文の意味の取り方に？があるのですが、ご教示いただけますと幸いです。また、has made it just thatの部分ですがitはNautrient levels in soil may not be ～even interesting ,を指し、thatはidea of an acceaaible,or even interesting ,topicを指しているのでしょうか？構文及び用法を教えて頂ければ幸いです。

２接続詞Thatが主語になっているように思われますが、どのような構文でしょうか？

３Sune as wellの部分ですが「同様に」との意味で、ここでは「功績がある」との理解なのですが、ここでのas wellがどのように使われているか＝（何が省略されているのか）教えて頂ければ幸いです。

  A as well　as B]のas Bを指すものを敢えて出さないでもよいとの理解でよろしいでしょうか？

1 いわゆる名詞構文。

idea を「考えること」くらいに感じ、
「考える」主語は reader's の方、of ～は「～について」でも
「～の」でも、目的語の方。

a(n) 形容詞 ＋名詞
の形容詞の部分で accessible と (or even) interesting という２つの形容詞。

2 that 節は名詞節なので主語になります。
多くの場合、It is (no doubt) a ... that the book ...
と形式主語を使うでしょうが。

3 quality だけでも、success の理由となるが、
（success という功績は）Sune のせいでもある。

A as well as B で「B と同様に A も」
B は the quality of the writing で、
前に出ているので、as B なく用います。

だから、この有名な A as well as B は、前に B のことが出ていると、
A as well だけで「A もまた（同様に）」となります。

つまり、B と（同様）という B が見つかれば意味はすぐわかります。

some credit is due to Sune as well as due to the quality of the writing は一応、成り立ちます。

もちろん、その前の部分で、the quality of the writing は別の形、
would explain the success の主語となっています。

でも、the quality of the writing という語は出ているので、
as (due to) the quality of the writing など言いません。

とにかく、as well で also とか too の意味になるのは
A as well as B で as B がなくなっていることで理解できるものです。
