together with a past statement のところの訳し方がよく分かりません。
よろしくお願いします。

（ある外国銀行の送ってくる直近1ヶ月以内の明細書には）
together with a past statement, 【以前のものと一緒に】
for an account in the students name (as in his or her passport)
（【パスポートに記載された】学生名義の口座用の
accompanied by a debit card in the same name and same bank account
（同じ名義で同じ銀行のデビットカードが同封されてきます）

（かつて留学した地域の銀行の？）口座使用明細（日を追って、お金の出し入れが記載されたもの）が送られてくるものに同封して、少し古い明細とデビットカード
（買い物カード）が送同封されてくるという意味でしょう。

やはりそう訳してしまいますよね。。
a past statement とは6ヶ月以内の残高推移証明書のことらしいです。

ちなみにこの文章はある国の外国人登録の際に、 留学生が所持金を示す方法の一つを説明した文章です。
