I plan to take the picture for each Christmas tree I have seen in the Christmas month every year, but I always forget it and when I remember for this plan, i already miss many trees

forget it →forget the plan. で文を切り、
for this plan→this plan
i already miss→I have missed (to take pictures of)
I also often miss Christmas trees so beautiful that I forget to take pictures
I forget to take pictures of Christmas trees because they are so beautiful.

最後の文に「見惚れる」を入れたいなら、少し難しい単語だけど、、、
I also mesmerize Christmas trees because they are so beautiful, so I forget to take pictures.
などとしてもよい。
