英語の質問 助動詞プラスas well

Anyway,you（a.may b. must c.should）as well get started now.
May as well でしたほうが良い　とするらしいですが、
他の助動詞はas wellやwell を一緒に使わないのでしょうか？
なぜmust shouldではないのでしょうか？

文法的に説明していただけないでしょうか？

may as well は熟語のようなものですから、このまま覚えましょう。

話し言葉で、他の人にほかにやるべきいい方法がない場合に、これをすればとアドバイスする場合に使われる

文法にばかり拘っているとロクなことはない。

決まり文句はそのまま憶えなさい。

簡単に説明をすると、

①　as well (in additionの意味を持つ共に）の慣用句は文章の末尾に使う言葉である。
・She likes coffee as well.

②　文中で使えば、

・He learned physics as well as mathematics.

とas well asの構文を使う。as wellを使いたければ、末尾に置く。

・H learned mathematics, and physics as well.

これが文法解釈になります。

但し、例外として

be just as well 「ちょうど良い」、「好都合である」
・It was just as well you didn’t go there.

may/might as well 「～するのが良い」
・You may as well stay home.
・We might as well catch a taxi.

の二つの慣用句が使えます。

shouldもmustの例外の範疇ではない。

＃1さんがお書きになっているとおり「may as well」という言い回しはありますが、「must as well」や「should as well」という言い回しがないというだけです。

日本語で「相づちを打つ」とは言えるけれど「ため息を打つ」とは言えないのと同じです。
