たとえば、
property and shipping service（金融機関のサービスのリストに入ってる）
property and shipping issues （「建設株」のような、ある業界の株式らしい）

不動産と海運、といった意味でしょうか?

内容的には、英語というよりは経済用語のほうがヒットする可能性が高いような気がします。

この２件を読むと"property and shipping"という表現もある感じもしますが、「不動産と海運」と分けても差し支えなさそうです。

上記から分かるのはアジア地域と英国が多いので、そこで"property and shipping"がフレーズ的に使われているかどうかは自信が持てません。多少自信があるのは米国です。
