また、to see to it that のthat節内の文構造がまったくわからないのでどなたか教えてください。

①　see to it that ~ は「～であるように取り計らう」という意味のイディオムです。

see that ~ というように to it を省略することもあります。

②　Guests are [more than adequately] attended to. この文の基本的な構造は[ ] のない Guests are attended to で「客が世話をされる」です。これは受動態の文ですが、能動態の文は The attend to guests です。more than adequately は「充分以上」という意味で副詞句です。

従って to see to it that guests are more than adequately attended to 全部で『客が十分以上に世話をされるように取り計らう』ということになります。

こんにちは。

私は英語が不得意です。その上でお答えしますが…。
to see to itのitは、「ホテルが満室であること」を
指しているのではないでしょうか。
