文法解釈は貴方の通りです。

platelet concentrates は「血小板凝集物」より「血小板濃縮液」のほうが良いように思います。

『成長因子はマイクロRNAの量を調節するため、成長因子を豊富に含む血小板濃縮液を骨癒合の初期段階に適用することにより、糖尿病組織におけるmiR-21の発現レベルを改善する可能性があるかもしれないと我々は仮定している。』
