eating lunch は「昼食を食べること」の意味です。

eating lunch is delicious は「昼食を食べることは美味しい」と言っていることになります。
ちょっと変ですね。
lunch eaten at the zoo is delicious.
動物園で食べる昼食は美味しい
とか
lunch at the zoo is delicious.
動物園での昼食は美味しい
にすべきです。

それと、
most delicious は「一番美味しい」の意味です。
「〜より美味しい」と言いたいなら
more delicious than 〜
になります。

I think lunch eaten at the zoo is more delicious than lunch eaten at home.
