英語圏以外の　外国人の方にも伝わる、以下の英訳、教えてください！

Question

仕事でアジア系、ヨーロッパ系の方を含め　日本語が話せない方と電話で応対する職場にいます。
料金説明も絡むので、正確で分かりやすい言葉で応対したいのですが・・・
以下の文を　電話で伝える際、英語圏以外の方にも分かる英訳を教えていただけませんか。。。

１．（ネット解約の際）「レンタルのインターネットモデムを、引き取りに行きますので、ご都合を聞かせてください」
２．「費用として○○円かかりますが、契約されているクレジットカードから引き落とされます」
３．「金曜の午後（午前）○時頃の都合はいかがでしょうか？」
４．「当社の営業時間は９時から５時です」
５．「この度は契約の申し込みをありがとうございます」
６．「最初に、保証金と工事費を、現金で○○円お支払いください」
７．「保証金は契約の口座に返金されます」

全部でなくても結構ですので、お教えください！
現在は適当な口語で　かろうじて通じているようなのですが、
時々「通じてるのかな？」と不安になります。

英語圏以外の方でもわかるのは、その国の言葉
が解らなければ英語しかないので
普段、ビジネスで使う英語の言い回しを
メモしておかれるといいですね。
何度も言っていると自然に口が動くように
なります。

5.  Thank you very much for choosing us.　注：”契約の申し込み”を”have a contract”や”enter into contract”とすると，契約を申し込むのではなく契約を交わすことになります．実質的には”choosing us”が同義に近いと思われます．
6.  First, please pay ****** yen in cash for deposit and installation.
7.  The deposit will be (re)credited to your bank account.

と書いていますが、時と場合によって、かわります。
日本語ではいろいろマニュアルがありますが、英語には、こーいう場合にはこーやって言う。みたいな決まりはありません。適当な口語でかろうじて通じているなら、電話では口語を使いますので、それでいいと思います。口語といっても、汚い口語はどうかと思いますが。
