英文を読んでの感想を書かなければなりません。
”私は大体はこの文章に賛成だ。しかし、○○については別の考えがある。私が思うに・・・”
日本語だとこんな感じで書き出したいと思うのですが、英語にするとどの様にかけるでしょうか？
また、感想・意見を述べるうえでの注意点などありましたら教えていただけないでしょうか？

アメリカに37年住んでいる者です。

　私なりに書かせてくださいね。

感想文は日本でも小学生だと、～です、～だと思います、などで文章がぽつぽつときられてしまいますね。　英語でもそれをやるとよくないのです。

ですから、　I think～, I think～, I thought～と言うような感じではなく、なぜそう思うのかをできるだけ具体的にその英文を引用して書くことでいい文章がかけます。

"I think", "I beleive", "it is my understanding that", "If I was xxx, then I", "it is my understanding that", "I could xxx but", "However in a situation where xxxx could xxx”"I basically agree with the author but", "I do beleive"と言うような表現を使い感想や意見を述べることで変化を出すことができます。

これでいかがでしょうか。　分かりにくい点がありましたら、補足質問してください。
