英熟語のスラング？について

I'm head over toes in with you.
という文章を訳がわかりません。
聞いたところによると、head over feets (heels) のスラング化で、
「君とエッチしたい」といった意味になると伺ったのですが、
これは正しいのでしょういか？

be head over heels(feet) in love with you で君にぞっこんという意味です。

ネイティブに聞いてみましたが、head over toes in with youと言い方はあまり聞いたことが無いけど、恐らくbe head over heels(feet) in love with youと同じ意味だろうと言っていました。エッチしたいという意味ではないと言っていました。

be head over heels(feet) in love with youは頭のてっぺんからつま先まで君にほれ込んでいるということですね(*^.^*)。

ちなみにfootの複数形はfeetです。

ここでもう一つ疑問なのですが、

という部分の最後はYou're head over toes in with me.という風にしないと、 主体客体の関係が逆転してしまうと思うのですが、これは合っているのでしょうか？？

これは歌の歌詞ですかね。

どなたが作られたのか興味あります。これを訳そうと思えば出来ますが間違えも多いし正直意味不明な部分が多いです。前半は愛たっぷりって感じなのに後半はその愛が冷め切っている感じだし矛盾しているんです。でも歌の歌詞だとこんなもんなのでしょうか・・・。私の彼はネイティブなので一緒に見てもらいましたが、彼も同じように感じています。でも当初のあなたの質問に対する私の回答はOKかと思われます。

確かにYou're head over toes in with me.になったほうが辻褄が合うような気もします。

このメール書いている方はネイティブの方ではないのでしょうか。

とにかく私が（ネイティブの彼も）解釈したのは、メールを書いている方はあなたのことを愛しているわけじゃないと言いたいようですね。

メールの背景が分かればもっと上手に訳せるかもです。

within full of thanks and tears, and a pair of ring
full of ''I love you''
の部分の意味は何となく判るのですが、正確な解釈（文法も含めて）の仕方がわからないので、教えていただけたらありがたいです。
