１１月１４日金曜日　14：00より開催予定のグループ研修　会場についてお知らせです。

通常、会場設営のため、研修開始前の13：30より会議室　Ｈ・Ｉを開放していますが、
１４日につきましては、会議室　3　にて電話会議を行うため、１２：００になるまでは絶対に、
入室されないようお願い申し上げます。

ご協力をお願い致します。

Please be informed about the conference room I that will be used for the
group training on November 14, 2008.

Conference room H/I 　are usually open at 13:30 to set the room up.
but teleconference will be held until 14:00 on the 14th.
Please don`t disturb until 14:00.

Re : Meeting Room No.H1

This is to inform you about the room H1 for the regular group
training course scheduled on 14:00 of November 14, Friday.

Normally we used to offer the room No.H/1 available for room
arrangement starting from 13:30 of the day. However, as a
special case, we would kindly ask you not to enter the room
for keeling silence until 14:00, as we have the interactive
teleconference at the nearby room No.3

日本語と英語の意味が一致してないことないですか？

Ｉで当日2時まで会議があるから、通常13.30に開放してますが、金曜日は2時までは絶対に入らないでください
ということじゃないのかな？
ルーム３も不明のような、、。隣の部屋ですか？
英文をすこし修正すると下記のようになると思います。group training で通じればそれでよいともいます。

Please be informed that the conference room "I" will be used for the "group training" on November 14, 2008.

We usually open/book the conference room H and I from 1:30PM for setting up,
but on Friday 14th, the teleconference will run/continue until 2:00PM in the room I.
So please make sure not to enter the room "I" until 2:00PM on Friday.
