「チームをまたがる業務」という表現と内容を説明したいです！

うちの部署は、担当業務（製品ライン）ごとに、A, B, C, D, E, F, Gという７つのチームから構成されています。

時々、複雑に担当範囲が重なる案件があり、例えばA,B,C,チームが共同で対応しますが、この「チームをまたがる案件」は、英語でどのように表現されますか？
Cross-departmentalと同じように、Cross-teamと言ったら違うものになりますよね？？


また、それを説明したいのですが、次のような場合、部外者に、英語でどのように言ったら通じますか？

（１）テクニカルな問い合わせ

"最初に問い合わせ窓口となったAチームが責任者となり、A担当製品に関しては資料作成をし、B担当の製品に関してはBチームへ、C担当の製品に関してはCチームに資料作成を依頼します。
Aチームは最終的に回答をまとめ、Aチームの名前で外部に回答します。"
A TEAM takes responsibility for the case. A TEAM creates information document about A PRODUCTS, requests B TEAM to prepare for technical document about B PRODUCTS, and requests C TEAM to prepare for technical document about C PRODUCTS. ・・・スマートに表現できません・・・（悲）

（２）案件を分割する

"A製品とB製品をある顧客に納品する場合、どちらか一方が遅れる時は、遅延回避のため、別々に出荷させます。
A,B製品の問い合わせは、その後、それぞれのチームが責任を持って行うようにします。

「チームをまたがる案件」の「またがる」は複数のチームが関与する

というニュアンスで involve を使い、例えば
two or more teams are involved in ....　の様にも言えます。

１）と２）は日本語を読めば成る程成る程と理解できますが、英語には
　　し難い文です。それで内容を踏まえた拙訳です。
2)の表題はちょっと変え、各種問い合わせのニュアンスの強いinquiries
を使いました。

1) Technical questions
Team-A is responsible for answering your question.
When the question is on a product of Team-A, Team-A will answer you directly.
In case the product is either of Team-B or Team-C, Team-A will ask
them for relevant informational documents.
Team-A will then make an official report from the documents
and send it to you.

2) Sharing of follow up services
In case the product-A and product-B shall be delivered to you (a customer),
but one of them will have a delay, they will be shipped to you (the customer) separately.
In such case each product team will take over the responsibility
for your inquiries on these products.

（１）

When a product is accepted by our Team A, this team will handle the product throughout, to the final report. When a product is accepted by either Team B or C, they are responsible except the final report, which will be prepared by Team A.

（２）
When two different products are to be delivered and the completion dates are different, they will be shipped as they are ready, to save time. Any inquiries may be made to the team that worked on the product.
