「how can u do that?」→「どうやったら それができるの？」
　　　　　　　　　　　　　「どうやったら そうなるの？」

どうやってやったの？（Douyatte yattano?)

「how can u do that?」
どうやるつもりなの？（Douyaru tsumorinano?)
Depends on the situation, the meaning can be changed.
