訳し方がわかりません

どうやって訳したらよいかわかりません。医療関係です。

atrium　　（心臓の）心房
vertricle　(心臓の）心室、（脳髄、喉頭などの）空洞
auricle　　（心臓の）心耳
posterior　　後部の、あとの、次の
structure　　構造の、組織上の、

Fill in the outline
アウトラインを示せ

right atrium and ventricle
右側の心房と心室

なので、
「右心房と、右心室、左心房と、左心室の心耳の略図を示せ。それらは、他の点では、心臓の「裏側」を構成する後部の構造となっている」

ちょっと難しいですね。心房と心室の心耳の略図を示すような指示ではないでしょうか。
