日本語→英語にメール文の翻訳をお願いします！

オーストラリアのお店から個人輸入をしているのですが、
発送が遅れているのでメールを送りたいのですが
英語が分からないので教えてください。
翻訳サイトも試してみましたが、やはり相手に確実に伝わるか不安なのでお願いします。

英文に訳して頂きたい内容です。↓

教えて頂いた追跡番号の反映がされていませんでしたので、
まだ発送されていないようですが、
発送予定日を具体的に教えていただけますか？
発送が遅くなるようでしたら、キャンセルを考えています。
お店のサイトには48時間以内に発送と書いてあったので注文したのですが残念です。
もしキャンセルをする場合、この場合でも手数料は引かれてしまうのでしょうか？
ご返答よろしくお願いいたします。

簡単な英語しか分からず個人輸入をしてしまい、反省しています。
いままでトラブルがなかったのはラッキーだったかもしれないです。

I am not able to locate where the items are by using the tracing number you provided us. So I am assuming that they are not shipped yet.

Could I trouble you to tell me the date of shipping? I might have to cancel the order if further delay is expected. I placed my order because your store said you shipped within 48 hours.

In case I cancel do you still charge for the handling? I am looking forward to your early reply.

I cannot track my package on the web by your tracking number.

I feel you haven’t shipped yet there.
Could you tell me your delivery schedule of this item?
I’m just thinking about cancellation of my order, if there would be any more delays in shipping.
I regret to say that I am disappointed that your website says we can ship an item within 48hours that’s why I was placed my order.
If I would cancel my order, must I pay all handling fees?

Order reference : xxxx-xxxx

I made careful check on the tracking number, it seems my order has not yet been shipped at this moment. If so, please let me know the actual date of shipment per return. If still unshipped and may further delay, I may cancel the order. I am very sorry for that, because I heard any goods could be shipped out within 48 hours upon order. Please let me know if you still charge me even in this case. I look forward to your quick reply.
