前回は、変更後の文の( )の位置が誤っているので、答えることができませんでした。
これらの( )は本当に最初から付けられていたものでしょうか?
例えば、
2-1は、
問題文はHis mother (　　) uneasy ( )of his going to America).となっていますが、
The idea ofは、母親が考えるという意味なので、
His mother (felt) uneasy (to think of his going to America).とするのが正解です。
なぜならば、もしも「彼の考え」という意味であれば、his idea of going to Americaとなっているはずだからです。
百歩譲って、「彼の考え」という意味であった場合は、以下のようにする必要があります。
His mother (felt) uneasy about his idea of going to America.又はHis mother (felt) uneasy about his (=him) thinking of going to America.

この文は、現在完了形なので、
have leftが正解です。
ただし、
疑問文なので、正しくは

His mother (felt) uneasy about his idea of going to America.は、原文に忠実に解釈して、

His mother (felt) uneasy about the idea of his going to America.の方が良いと思います。

下記の説明で、 his going のhisを削除し忘れましたので適宜ご処置ください。

2-1は、
