『商品の交換を頼んだけど、
交換ではなく、その商品の返品と返金をお願いします』
という英文メールの書き方を教えてもらえませんか？

Although I asked for the exchange of the goods the other day, I w

ould like to return the goods and ask for the refund , not the exchange.
