【英訳】たくさんのうちの一人

たくさんのうちの一人　というのを英語でどのように表現するのでしょうか。

one of themは「その他大勢」といったニュアンスになるように感じます。ほかに適切な言い方があれば教えてください。よろしくお願いします。


「彼女には多くの友達がいて、僕はたくさんのうちの一人だ。でも僕はそれじゃ満足できなくなっちゃったんだ。」
といった感じのニュアンスです。She has many friends, and I'm one of them. でいいのでしょうか…

になります。覚えておいてほしいのは、日本と（例えば）米国との考え方の違いから、
日本語をただ直訳しても、ネイティブに通じない英語になってしまうということ。
言いかえれば和訳英訳というのは、双方の慣習の違いがわかっていなければ正確には
できないということです。

She has many friends, and I'm only one of them.　

But I can't put up with it anymore.

でよいと思いますよ。

あえて　She has many friends, で始めると、

She has many friends, of which I am one. となり不自然なので、やはりこの場合は、
上の言い方が普通です。
