日本はゴミのポイ捨てが多い国です。日本には街中にゴミ箱の設置が少ないです。そのかわり、街中で「ゴミは各自、家に持ち帰りましょう」というポスターをよく見かけます。
確かに、ゴミは各自で処理すべきだと思います。
しかし、日本ではそれをせずに、ポイ捨てをするモラルのない人がたくさんいます。
なぜ日本はゴミ箱の設置を多くしないのかわかりません。ゴミ回収をするコストをなくすためでしょうか。

There are few trash cans in the town in the country.

そのかわり、街中で「ゴミは各自、家に持ち帰りましょう」というポスターをよく見かけます。
Instead, we see posters that say "Take your own garbage back home" all over the town.

確かに、ゴミは各自で処理すべきだと思います。
True, garbage should be disposed of by the person who produced it.

しかし、日本ではそれをせずに、ポイ捨てをするモラルのない人がたくさんいます。
But in in Japan, there are lots of people who do not do so and just litter.

なぜ日本はゴミ箱の設置を多くしないのかわかりません。
I don't know why the Japanese authorities do not install many dust bins.

Japan is a country where we can find litter a lot.

There are a few of dust bins all over the town.
Instead, in the town we can see some posters which says “Let’s take your litter your home”
I certainly believe that we clear up our dust ourselves.
However, no one does it in Japan, and it’s regrettable that there are lots of people who are not interested in morality with littering.
I cannot understand the reason why many dust bins are not installed.
I wonder it is for reducing the cost of litter pick-up.
