商標のdenominative formとは？

ライセンス契約に下記のように書かれています。　

The Licensor shall grant to the Licensee a limited right to use the Trademark in its denominative and logo forms.
　If the Licensee uses the Trademark under its denominative form, it shall be used as an adjective and not as a noun.

商標をdenominative formで使用するというのはどういう意味でしょうか？具体的に教えていただけると助かります。よろしくお願いします。

= denominative trademark
