日常会話で、「あれ、髪少し伸びた？」と言われたとします。英語で「そうかな？自分でも気づかなかったよ！よく気づいたね〜」と言いたい時は、どう言えばいいでしょうか。

『よく気づく』には気の効いた表現の have an eagle eye が使えます。
