どんな構文を使えばよいか混乱してしまいます。

質問内容とずれた話になりますが「場所」や「印象」と言う単語ですが個人的に英語にするには漠然としすぎていて分かり辛いです。もう少し具体的に例えば「旅をしてきたところで」「うまれてこの方見た風景で」など特定したり、印象も「素敵だと思ったところ」「感動したところ」「綺麗だと思ったところ」など方向性を持たせたほうが理解しやすいです。

Out of every place you have seen in your life, what location or scenery impressed you as being the most beautiful?

1つ目はもう文法的には正しいですよ。

ただ、私の好みとしては、

　Which do you like the best of the things he has given you?

です。

2つ目は、最上級に"the"が必要です。

　Of all the places you've been to, which one is the most
　impressive to/for you?
