次の文章を英訳お願いします。

私の夏休みの思い出の中で一番印象に残っている出来事は、友人と一緒に魚釣りに行った事です。早朝から出発し、バスへ乗り晴海埠頭に行きました。そこで竿と餌を借り、昼から夕方まで釣りを楽しみました。しかし、10cm程のアジ１匹しか釣れなかったので、帰りに市場へ寄り、金目鯛とイナダを買って、それらを友人宅で煮付けやしゃぶしゃぶに調理し食べました。それらの料理はとても美味しかったです。しかし、後日、友人はお腹を壊しました。

私の英語力では難しく、翻訳サイトなども利用したのですが、綺麗な訳を知りたくて質問させていただきます。よろしくお願いします。

The most memorable event of my summer vacation is to have been fishing with a friend of mine.

Early morning, we went to Harumi pier by bus.
We rented fishing rods and baits there and enjoyed fishing from noon to evening.
However, we could catch only one horse mackerel that was 10 centimeters long.
Therefore, we called on the market and bought some alfonsino and young
yellowtail.
In the friend's place, we made the traditional Japanese cuisine with them and enjoyed eating.
The cuisine was truly out of this world.
Unfortunately, the friend had stomach trouble later.

英語を勉強中です。
ほぼ、直訳ですが、煮つけとしゃぶしゃぶの部分は「日本の伝統的な料理」と、表現させていただきました。
煮つけは、fish boiled and seasoned ですが、しゃぶしゃぶ　が、解りません。
英語と日本語の表現には差異があり、いつも悩まされています。
まだ、まだ、未熟ですが投稿者がおられませんでしたので、投稿します。
間違いがあるかも知れませんが、文法的にネイティブの方には理解できると思っています。
