英語の語順について教えてください

Many people moved from farms to cities in order to work.
という英文を
Many people moved in order to work from farms to cities.
という語順にしてはいけませんか？できない理由を教えてください。

普通の状況で Many people moved from farms to cities in order to work の語順のほうが良いのは from farms to cities　が moved の具体的内容を説明しているのでmovedの近く（この場合は直後）にあるほうが分かりやすいからです。

これがもし、Why did many people move from farms to cities? という理由を尋ねる質問に対しての答えるのであれば、 Many people moved in order to work from farms to cities. としたほうが better です。
