2行目 ：

・more をとる。
（easy の比較級は、easier だけでよい。）
・× then → ◯ than

4行目 ：
・to をとる。
（go swimming 「泳ぎに行く」）

こんな感じでどうでしょうか。

同じ名詞はなるべく繰り返さない。
more は不要。go to の to も不要。
summer vacation は the が必要。
friend と単数になっていますが、
友達一人と行くのですか。
それなら my friend ではなく
a friend of mine にしてください。
何人かで行くなら my friends。

I like swimming better than skiing because
it is easier for me to do. Additionally I like to
go swimming in the sea with
a friend of mine/my friends
during the summer vacation.
