現在完了形の倒置について

The ethnic mix is changing and with this has come the fear of the loss of national identity as represented in a shared national language and common values.
（英語の訳が）民族の混交は変化しつつあり、それとともに、共通の国語や価値観に代表されるような国としての一体感喪失という懸念がしょうじている。
（質問）with this has come the fearは直訳では｛それとともに恐れが来た｝という現在完了形の結果の倒置でしょうか。また前置詞と倒置と何か関係があることがあるのでしょうか。

　前置詞ではなくて　with this （これがために）　という副詞の影響による倒置ですね。

　　the fear of the loss of .... has come with this

　上の文の with this が文頭に出る形になったために倒置しています。

has come with this

というのが通常の語順なわけですが、
with this が前に出た、というより、
長い主語は後に回して、それと対極にある、with this が自動的に前に出た。

短いものが前、長いものが後、というのは
英語の基本となる SV M という流れ、と別に存在します。

M が短く、S が長ければ
M VS となります。
