英訳お願いします。

当社の不良品により、Ａさんに10万円返金することになりました。
しかし、次回注文30万円が確定していますので、次回注文分と相殺したい旨を
英語で伝えたいのですが、

どのように言えば正しく伝わりますか??

Regarding our JPY100,000 reimbursement to you (A) for the (defective or rejected) products, we would like to propose to settle our reimbursement by offsetting your future payment of JPY300,000 for your firm order. Thus, we credit JPY100,000 to you and your payment of the firm order will be JPY200,000 in case you accept our proposal.

Could you let us know your acceptance?
If you are OK with this arrangement, please also let us know what paper works, such as credit note, debit note might be needed at your end.

Once again, we would like to express our sincere apology for the trouble.

こんな感じでどうでしょう？
相殺の場合はcredit noteを発行する事で先方が受領済のinvoiceと合算することになると思います。
