お菓子というのは砂糖を使った製品全般の総称なので、クッキーとかチップスといったもうすこし具体的な単語を用いる方が宜しいです。よって

The 〇〇（お菓子の具体的説明か個別の名前）will taste good when you warm it in the microwave oven.
