後半は me too みたいな発想で

特に主格、目的格を意識していません。

It's me にしてもそういう発想の部分がありますが、
あえて前半と対称を崩さず
I am not to be blamed でいいかと。

堅めの慣用的には to blame なのですが、
to be blamed なんかも崩した言い方です。
