I wanna talk about increasing smartphone zombies.

学校などのスピーチのスタートでは
I would like to present the issue that the number of people is increasing who are staring at their smartphone while walking.

英語ではuse a smartphoneではなく、画面を見ることが問題なのでStar atを使います。
People を複数で扱うので　areです。

スマホは正式にはsmartphoneですが、単純にcellとかmobile、phoneで意味が通じる場合も多いです。

相手がスマホをcell、mobile, phoneと日頃から使っているなら、その単語でもいいと思います。
