英訳で詳しい方はいますか マンガのセリフの英訳

ヤフー知恵袋で回答が来なかったのでこちらに来ました。
学生時代、英語をおろそかにしていて、学びなおそうとしている
者です。マンガのセリフを英訳してみたのですが、どうも
たどたどしいです。ネイティブの人はどう言うのか知りたいです。

こち亀の秋本先生の『最後の狙撃兵』のワンシーンです。セリフは、
「浜崎さんは陸軍中野学校の狙撃教育をごぞんじないようですなあ・・・
狙撃教育で有名なドイツ陸軍の養成よりすぐれていた事実を・・・
三十年たとうが四十年たとうが そう簡単にぬけきるもんじゃ
ありませんぜ・・・」
というものです。私の頭をフル回転させてみると
『Mr.Hamazaki, You don't know the fact do you. The fact,
Japanese army's Nakano academy's sniping education was
superior than Germany army's one which is famous.
Even if time have passed 30years or 40years, he has not
forgotten his skill easily.』
となります。ただ、どうも本場の英語からはかけ離れている
気が・・・・。

Mr.Hamazaki, you are not familiar with sniper education at the Nakano Army school ...

The fact that it was superior to the training of the famous German army for sniper education (adapted by the Japanese army.)...
Even if thirty years or forty years have passed, he still remember his skills vividly (remarkably, clearly).
