先方は文脈があるので何とかわかってくれているのでしょうが、

というのはないと思いますよ。お互いにそう思っているだけではありませんか。

これは相手の買った靴のこと、それとも質問者さんの靴ですか。

自分の靴のことなら、最初ではなく、
自分のスニーカーのことを書いた後にこのセンテンスを書かないと、
訳が分かりません。

inexpensive を使ったほうがいいでしょう。

はっきり言うと、英語の文法より内容にまとまりがなくなにをおっしゃりたいのか掴みにくいので、まず内容を構成して書き直されるのが良いかと思います。

はい、これは、先方が新しい運動靴を買ったので履いた写真を送ってきました。いつも11件ほど大量に送ってくるので、話が入り交じっています。消費税についてはさいごらへんです。あなたの国にも名前は違うけど、その制度はあるはずだ。と言いたかったのですが、伝わらないでしょうか。
ハッキリ言ってお互いネイティブな英語を知らずに母国語でない英語でやり取りしていますが99％汲み取ってくれています。
