でも大丈夫でしょうか？

I went to the school.

I’m going to go to the school from April.
これを組み合わせて一つの文章にするわけですが

2番目の文のthe school を関係代名詞 that に置き換え
I'm going to go to that from April

その関係代名詞 that を文頭に出し
that I’m going to go to from April

最初の文と組み合わせて、一つの文にすると
I went to the school that I’m going to go to from April.

ご質問者の回答文は to が一つ足りません。

WentもGoの過去形、I am going to go to でGoがまた2回も出てくるので、No.２さんのように Attend に置き換えるか、最初の Went を Visited に変えたほうが、意味的にも良いと思います。

I visited the school that I am going to go to from (startingでもいい）April.
