で、模範解答は、

模範解答で「tasete」は「 taste 」ですね。

この部分がちょっと英語として成り立ってないですね。たとえば、
＊＊＊を食べる
I eat ＊＊＊．

私が食べる物
What I eat.

＊＊＊の部分がWhatになります。ですから
what you season dishのdishの部分はwhatになるので重複しています。what you seasonだけでいいことになります。またdishはこの場合は必要ありませんが、このようなフレーズで使うならa dish/dishesにした方がよさそうです。
whatでなくdishes that(which) you seasonにするともう少し明確でいいかもしれません。

suited to your tongue
舌に合うの直訳でしょうけどちょっとそういう表現はしなさそうです。使うとしたらtasteかなとおもいました。
dishes that(which) you season taste best to yourself

It is natural that dishes that you season taste best to yourself, and you are exactly the best cook for you.
