住所変更届の英文

外国政府機関へ住所変更を知らせる際の文章を教えて下さい。

お役所宛てなので、少しかしこまった文面にしたいのですが…。

以下の文章はどうでしょうか？

My new adderss: xxxxxxoooooo

The old telephone number: 111-111
My new telephone number: 222-222

I would like to inform you...　から始めるとくだけた感じになりますか？　夫はなので　I write to inform that... で始めたほうがいいと言うのですが、たかが住所変更でかたすぎるような気がするのですが、どうでしょうか？

また、本文の最後に「ですから何卒よろしくお願いします。」のような文章をもっと上手に付け加えたいのですが何か良いフレーズはありますか？

I would like to は砕けた感じですが、I write youだと官庁が下々の者に伝えているといった印象もありますね。

こういうときは官庁にこちらから知らせるものなので、

I would appreciate it if you could update..のような言い方をすると良いと思います。


私だったら原文を生かす形でやりますと

Please be informed that there has been a change in my address and telephone number as followings.
I would appciate if you would kindly update the new information.
Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

The old address: oxoxoxoxoxox
My new adderss: xxxxxxoooooo

The old telephone number: 111-111
My new telephone number: 222-222

Best regards,

って感じで書くかとおもいます。、

添削というほどちゃんと見たわけではないので、細かいところは、すみません。

the new informationっていうのはおかしいので
～update the information　がいいと思います。

英語カテあんまり自信ないですけど、私が使った英文を参考まで。

引っ越した後ならば、古いアドレスは必要な無いかと思いますよ。

出だしは、Please be informed...と受身でスタートする文章も良く見かけますから、検討してみてください。

残念ながら今回はビジネスではなく、個人的な住所変更届けなので頂いた文面とは状況が少し違ってくるかと思います。
